I have made a patch for mixin vidéo, that i have used for a theater show (comment on dis piece de théatre ?),that have working fine.
I will next week post it , you could use it as a base of your mixer you would want.

Hi, I guess Pixeltango is able to do want you need. It's a GEM-based Vjing tool.

You might need a couples of externals librairies.
It's also include with the latest Han's installer packages I think.
