I would like to share my plugin : Camomile.
Camomile is a dynamic plugin made with Juce that allows to load and control Pure Data patches inside a digital audio workstation.

Feature :

• Support for multiple plugin instances.
• Automatic creation of GUIs (toggle, slider and numbox) toggle, slider, radio, comment, numbox
• Automatic recognition of parameters (name, label, range, minimum, maximum, etc.)
• Up to 8 channels 16 channels
• Up to 32 parameters 64 parameters
• Support for MIDI in and out
• Support for play head position
• Support for BPM

This is a beta version, only available for Mac, but
The last version release is available for Linux, Mac and Windows.

How's Camomile's wrapper for PD different from libpd?

I.e. would it be feasible to use Camomile like libpd (as a "sound engine")? With some adaptation?

@mviljamaa Hi, the main difference is that I use the struct "t_pdinstance" that allows to manage several instances of PD and I manage thread safety. But I would prefer to use libPD if I could. I planned to submit updates and patches to libPD and Pure Data but some stuff need to be discussed with the devs before and I'm running out of time for the moment. You can have a look here : https://github.com/pierreguillot/Camomile/tree/v0.0.7-reformat/Source/Pd, the functions are documented. z_pd is the equivalent to z_libpd. The c++ wrapper isn't very generic but you can also have a look. I can explain how to use it if you want. Nevertheless, as I said, I think that integrating the multiple instances system to libPD would be a much better solution. Camomile is a plugin and not a library like libPD, you can use it and adapt it but I can't ensure a "customer service" like libPD...

@Pierre-Guillot Thankyou, this is really great and opens up huge possibilities, I created a pitch shifter (from the Pd browser) for the vst and bingo it works perfectly in Reaper, and settings are saved- Brilliant!!

@weightless I just created an issue for this on github. Perhaps, you could use sliders for the moment.

@Pierre-Guillot Sure, but sometimes it would be nice to be able to see a waveform for example, and of course for interacting with the table as well. Thanks for your effort.
