hi there,

creating a red trackker to control an array for a filter...
would like to have an option to track through the array, but set to '0' every part of the array not being feed data through the tracking

i.e. when tracking is at
x = 225
y = 0.35

all other numbers/parts of the array are automatically set to '0'
and as tracking moves new x,y numbers set and all others set at 0 etc...

is this possible?

Is it something like this that you want?
Was it the Alexandre Torres Porres tutorial patches you used for FFT? It's in the same patch with the spectral filter you're using. I just implemented the band pass one, with a slight tweak for the amplitude to follow the y axis.
I've also used Neupert's color tracking in the past

BTW, I took the [mn-flip] abstraction out cause I didn't have it in my downloads directory and didn't bother to use [declare] or something, but it doesn't really matter.
It would also be good if you displayed the white dot on the color tracking part of [gemwin], I think it's a bit more intuitive.

Thanks, I already have it in the motion and color detection patches folder by Max Neupert. I just didn't have it in the downloads directory where your patch was directed (since I downloaded it).
