Since support is dropped on the extended version I am using vanilla.
When I need an object which is not included I usually go to
help->find externals and search for it.
But this time I can't find the square~ object there.

@cixxx You need the hcs library. Does help/externals not find it?
But the required patches are all abstractions........ square.zip
It uses a patch from the purepd library..... which I have included.
You will need to change [purepd/float_argument] to [float_argument] in the objects within [square~]
(drill down to find them both)
David.
Found the hcs library. Thanks!
Could not find out which library contains the square~
I have a nice [square~] object in my library, else, you can get 1.0 beta 7 from dejen or beta 8 from here https://github.com/porres/pd-else/releases/tag/v1.0-beta8
it is not the same thing as square~ from extended, but it is completely backwards compatible and has many more features.
cheers
