Hello all,
My late-2011 mac laptop crashed. I switched my computer to another mac 2010 laptop with all of my applications, including Pd.

I have not tried to start my programs yet, but here is the error I am getting at start up of Pd::

/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts/../extra/pdp/pdp.pd_darwin: dlopen(/Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts/../extra/pdp/pdp.pd_darwin, 10): Library not loaded: /usr/X11/lib/libX11.6.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/Pd-extended.app/Contents/Resources/extra/pdp/pdp.pd_darwin
Reason: image not found
pdp: can't load library

Do I need to do something? Or is this something I do not need to be concerned about?

Thank you. I should have done more searching before submitting the topic. That worked.

@raynovich Yes. Searching this forum is impossible though.... you have to go outside to some search engine such as Google....... and then it is much easier to find what you are looking for.
Just copy/pasting the error from terminal into Google often finds the solution.
You will see a lot of "hits" that bring you straight back here......... understandably.
