Hello! when playing my score on iannix and pd noises appear at the beginning and whenever the pitch of the curves are at the top (1) close to 12543 hz, do you guys know how to fix them? Pd and Iannix communicate through UDP/network

you could appreciate these noises at the beginning of the score and throughout the middle, I already tried with different another version of pd extended

@Ale-H.H. Hello........ yes.
At the beginning the oscilators have no frequency set..... and as they all turn on together there is a click.
When the fundamental gets to 12543Hz the sixth oscillator is at about 100,000Hz. The intermodulation is causing the weird sounds....... back down in the audible range.
Solutions to both problems to follow......... with the start of the effects curve patching....
Patience!......... hard, I know.

All oscillators sit "waiting" at 1Hz...... which is filtered out by a [hip~ 5]
If an oscillator has its frequency set greater than 12544Hz it is faded out.
That does mean that when the fundamental is very high there are no harmonics. Unavoidable though....

For the moment you have.........
Curve 6 = Note (voice)
Curve 7 = Timbre
Curve 8 = Reverb

That's as far as I have got.
If you have any patches (or have found some you like) for distortion, etc. please upload them and I will build them into the patch.
The order of effects in the group of curves can be changed of course.
Let me know the order once you have decided.

@whale-av i think that for this score it is best to keep the order it had, and from the next one on the order that i sent you, so for now 6-36 will be pitch , 37-67 for timbre, Ill be thinking in the order for all the next scores to follow, this score will only have pitch and timbre

@Ale-H.H. I am behind your curve....... always other things to do....... so maybe this will not work for you...... so just for testing if that is so.

curve 1 = time
curve 6 = notes
curve 7 = timbre
curve 8 = intensity
curve 9 = pan
curve 10 = reverb

If you want the "notes" curve to be curve 2 then change [voice_gen8 6] to [voice_gen8 2]
Time will only be once on curve 1 I imagine.
The other curves will follow automatically...... timbre curve 3 etc............

@whale-av time is embedded, there isnt a need for time curve, but it is a parameter.
ok Ill wait for when you can give me the folder newzip4 (the one i posted earlier)with the fading of the harmonics(unwanted sounds) so I can record sound drawing 3, Ill test the latest patch on a brand new iannix score...

@whale-av i tested on a brand new iannix score that i made really quickly (test for david.iannix ), there´s a mistake in gubbins ( ), the first curve used on the score will be number 7 (curves that come before are for the timeline and the pitch clefs), I pressed play in iannix and nothing.

@whale-av I tested with a curve 6 in iannix also and no sound

@whale-av problem, i wrote voice_gen8 7 and there was no sound, 7 is the pitch curve in this new test... Ill see you tomorrow, Imm correcting things in the iannix score, because the timbre curve is a little bit low when the pitch is all the way at the top, so low volume, and I want high volume in the sine waves when theyre at the top

It would have just worked if a dynamic [route] was available. I will look for another solution.

Don't forget that you will need an "intensity" curve (curve 9 now) or there is no volume. You can override that by pushing up the volume fader of [mix_mod]

@Ale-H.H. Here is new4 fixed. I just needed to replace part_voice.pd with the one that I had made to fix the noises.......(a simple copy and paste)........ ahh!...... the beauty of abstractions.
Sorry it took me so long to get around to looking at it.....
