So after using Google's search function to find a solution to this problem, I read a few topics relating to PureData Extended and TouchOSC for the iPod...and honestly, it's extremely frustrating.

PD to my DAW using Midi-Yoke works fine, but TouchOSC to PureData doesn't work at all. It doesn't detect anything. I downloaded the .pd files from the hexler website and opened the layouts according to the layouts on the iPod. It's pissing me off.

Two hours of trying out all of this and nothing happens. Please, somebody help.

make sure port numbers are the same, and not being used by any other application.

make sure you start the server before the clients.

Okay. I didn't really mess with the patch at all, I just downloaded it from Hexler.

And about the port numbers...is it that 'clip' button thing? And I'm guessing the 'server' is PD right?

Also, I'll explain my previous set-up on TouchOSC.
Host: 192.168.0.114
Port (Out): 8000
Port (In): 9000
Local IP address: 192.168.0.114

Is that how it should look?
