Hi,
my questions are stupid as allways : )
i wonder how its possible to convert midi note-numbers
to ms. it would be very useful for transposing things....errrrh....
using |vline~| + |tabread4~|
i attached a patch with a more or less stupid approach
to get anything working.thanks for your help!!!

hi,
i recently needed to have a scaled y-axis in an array.
if you type in 8 steps for x-axis there are 8 seperate steps.
not so for y. seems to be a floating value all the time.would be great if the results for y- would be -20/-10/0/10/20/and so forth...
drawable! (i know its not photoshop!)would be great for setting pitch/orsomething values....
thxalot!

Hi,
i have serius problem to get my synths polyphonic.
after a lot of work i can realize chord playing but
single notes are only possible if i hit the same key(midi)
4 times (4osc polyphony).
the structure is as described here:noteein
|
|
pack 0 0 0
|
|
poly 4 1
|
|
pack 0 0 0
|
|
route 1 2 3 4
| |
|
unpack 0 0 |
| unpack 0 0 usw...
| |
| |
send note1 |
|
send note2 usw....to synth.......
the problem is that i send note on messages to ALL osc~.
i cant get the voicenumber into a matrix that gates the
specific osc objects or something.hope this is not too confused : )

Hi,
my plan is to write a grain looper with different readouts for manipulating one
incoming audio signal.
the (biggest) problem is that the pitch changes when i have different array sizes.
the reason for that is clear but i have no idea how to work it out.
IM BAD IN MATH! (...and english : )well... i attach my patch....hopefully someone will help me out...
thx in advance!!!

hi,
its a little bit simpler to work with lorenzosu´s patch because its (easily) possible to have "strange" scale like in harmonic or melodic minor by changing the message box. arrays are my enemys : )
i have to work with them for a while ( i think...)
the arpegiator idea is definately cool....(the thirds)thxalotagain!

hi,
i didnt came too far...but!
heres the result....im still open for any suggestion to make it better!
i have two arrays which read a audiofile "git.wav"
process1/process2 does the "grain" stuff. (which is a horrible mess:)
write/read contains the writing and loading process.
you can record an audiofile by trigger: ctlin 39 (default)
the table reads it when it gets the trigger: ctlin 45 (default)
which also should phase sync the two arrays (hopefully)master section contains the (bad:) audio routing and fx.
i added some fx: verb and filter delay....
for better handling theres a overview section which opens directly.
you can change values here....the sample should run in original tempo when its loaded into the array...
hopefully somebody can use it : )
