intraframe codecs are better

on mac depends on quicktime
on linux ,. mpg works

i have the same problem.

i only can open decklink if the computer is fresh restarted.

then it hangs on susequent "gemwin create ".
seems something is not closed properly .

i heard number boxes caused that too.
