i want to accompany a small timelapse with audio recorded in much the same way as momentary photos in a timelapse.
i want to record a half second of audio every 15 seconds (should be a variable) into a buffer and then when finnished ouput a wave file with all the bits put together to form a continouos line of sound.
i have no idea how it would sound.anybody have any ideas?

the screen of gem is flickering and unstable in my crisp ubuntu install.
i have attached a screenshot of how the black screen of gem looks.
i am trying to make the video mixer from here:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/PureData/GEMVideoMixerbut it fails to both loop the video (a white square replaces both clips after a short period, maybe after they played through where the loop should kick in)
i tried this in 2008 as well which led to dropping pd after all. but this time i wont give up.
so please help get gem working.
i am trying to make some vj stuff for a underground festival so i am looking forward to get the problem fixed.cheers!
