Hey guys,
I'm looking for an equalizer patch for PD that will work on the Mac - I've noticed Thomas Musil's IEMLIB hasn't been compile for mac - anybody any ideas? Or alternatively - any clue as to how to make one?
Cheers

Equalizer for pd Mac OS X
Hey guys,

here is a simple bass/mid/high eq. hope it works.
Hey thanks!
I've tried linking an adc~ to [pd eq~], copied the info from the patch straight into the new subpatch and then linking [pd eq~] to a dac~, then I fiddled around with the dials on the eq subpatch but nothing happened - I checked that things should be working by linking adc~ directly to dac~ - all fine there - any suggestions?
Cheers
Edd
you have pd extended ? this patch uses externals from the ggee library. try making a [lowpass] object and see if it is created. if not then you don't have that library.
also, did you twiddle the volume knob?
>copied the info from the patch straight into the new subpatch<
ah...what you might need to do is save, then reload the patch. i think when you copy into a subpatch, loadbangs and init values for sliders will be ignored.
ahhh - I don't have extended, or the libraries! I'm working from pd .40 because it's the only Universal Binary Build... doh!
Hi guys!
I downloaded the eq patch but it doesn't work. I have the PD version 0.40.2-extended . I can create the [lop~] but when i connect the inlet and the outlet nothin happens!
I tryed also to save close and re-open the patch but it don't works.
Any suggests?
Thank you for giving your patch, when i'll finished my loop player i'll share it too.
i found the original patch by derek holzer, if you use the ordinary biquad objects, then it might work for you.
Oops! Looks like something went wrong!
