I 'm working on patch utilising OSC protocol. It was initially designed on OSX and I needed to continue the project on the raspberry pi in PD-vanilla except on the RPI the object sendOSC is not recognised? I tried the object mrpeach but I believe its not the right one for this implementation? But I can't find out online what the name of the correct object for sendOSC is?

the objects are packosc and the udpsend form the mrpeach external

If you struggle with mrpeach on rpi, you can use the last version of pd vanilla, there's a built-in OSC implementation.

Is the built in OSC implementation an alternative to sendosc ? Im sure theres an appropriate object Im forgetting which allows for the implementation of sendOSC?

Check the help.files for netsend and netreceive with the -u -b flags. You also need the objects: oscformat and oscparse.
