if i put [gcanvas] in a subpatch and choose this subpatch to be 'graph on parent',
at parent patch that gcanvas is totally out of graph, actually it is created at its coordinates at subpatch.

so it makes impossible to use gcanvas in an abstraction or subpatch?
what else can i use or what can i do to fix this,
any ideas?

only GUI objets appears at parent patch, thats why metro isnt seen
but my problem is only about gcanvas's being misplaced

what version of Pd are you using, and where did you get it from?

i've got a same problem.
i thought that if i rewrite my .pd file in a new one (no using any copying) i'll get rid of that goofy error.
but i haven't://
i tried it on osx and linux. in pd versions 0.40.3 and 0.39.3.
