does anybody have a chart or something with parameter values for various settings of the [biquad~] filter?

There's not so much a "chart" because the space is multidimentional, you have to start from the desired pole positions, high, low, band etc and the desired Q, and work backwards to get your 4 coefficients. There's a standard formula which is explained here (not amazingly well imho - search on filter coefficients and in Millers book.

Easy way - use [lowpass], [bandpass] etc ... these generate a list of coefficients for a given Fc and Q
