Sf2 in pd-patch on Mac OSX

Hello, adrjork:
After searching not so few I only found one open source software to see how the file format is dealt with: swami project. It appears to use fluidsynth as playing engine. In the download section of the project site it is read that is already installable in Ubuntu and you can get the source code by donating some money. I can see it also as "installable" in my debian.
If you'd get the source code maybe you could read it and try some translation. It is far beyond my knowledge. Good luck!Sumidero

There's an external called [fluid~] somewhere out there for soundfonts, but I have no idea where to find it.
