I'm sure someone on here has tried to make a mouse or laptop touchpad aproximation of a kaoss pad.

Has anyone had any luck? I don't think it would be too much trouble for someone well versed in PD.

You can try this, it's not exactly a Kaoss pad, but it's a chain of effects which can be controlled by tracking mouse positions. You can easily chang the effects in the abs to suite your needs
