I tried doing one of those but I wasn't pleased with the results. But this is good, plus your set of parameters for controling the effect is quite efficient. Nice work !

I used the timbre stamp effect from rjdj for the vocoder effect and sigmund~ for tracking the pitch, so i can't take much credit.
