Its done and available for download! With this release, we focused on fixing lots of bugs with the GUI and Graph-On-Parent. There are still some odd things of course, but we have rewritten the GUI from scratch for 0.43 so we wanted to make sure we got a stable release out before the really major changes that are upcoming. There are of course many bug fixes and additions since 0.41.4, here are some highlights:

* pd~ object lets you run a patch on multiple CPUs
* Windows builds should be much more stable
* fixed lots of Graph-On-Parent GUI bugs
* lots of work on supporting user-installed libraries
* complete 64-bit support for GNU/Linux
* working 64-bit builds for Mac OS X and Windows
* full support for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard (32-bit)
* a brand new Help Browser that shows all installed libraries

but i'm not so enthusiastic any more because my sequencers seem to have annoying bugs...
and the old problem that it seems when moving there is a redraw for every mouse event instead of maybe only for the last one..
i hoped this would have changed after a complete graphic rewrite
however maybe i'll enter something into the bugtracker

What is a "dirty 0" message ?

When you modify a patch, it is considered "dirty", and when you save it, it is "clean". When the patch is dirty, you get messages asking to save when you close the patch. This has been an issue for some time when doing some dynamic patching, because some messages (like [donecanvasdiaolog() put the patch and every abstraction that uses it in a dirty state even though you know you don't want to save. It seems to have been made even worse with the latest Pd-extended. Sending [dirty 0( to [s pd] will put the patch in a clean state without actually saving it.

and may I have a suggestion that, even max or vvvv, it is very convenient to understand what and which kind of the objects' inlet or outlet is, because when our mouse rollover it, we could see the tips info upon it.

it must be very hard to acomplish , i hope that could be done in the new version of pd, maybe pd 0.5, pd 1.0 , still waiting .
