Does anyone here have any experience of getting PDP working properly on Tiger using the extended package. THe ieee1394 object doesnt work (cant create stream) and no codec seems to work (unsupported codec error) with the quicktime object. I have all the dependicies installed via fink "lbquicktime0" Xwindows and all that are listed in the build. Im at a loss !

Hi
Thanks for that, I dont think the codec was the issue though.
After many hours of head scratching I managed to fix this. Basically in the PDP included with my build "pd-extended 0.38.4" some of the objects werent functioning correctly (ieee1394 + qtime) so I stripped out all the PDP elements and re-added them through a fresh download. (checking also that all libaries were present in the lib folder) Now working ok. Just 3DP to get working now!
