Ffado+jack (firewire) under gentoo

ive been unable to get a stable set up for a FA-101 firewire card.
anyone here that has got there and could shred some light?

i have the same card and works perfectly with freebob and jack (debian and ubuntu) you can try freebob instead of ffado hth
