what is the best way to save my sliderpositions in PD ?

When you right click on any GUI object, there is an option says "no init". If you click on it, it turns into "init" which means the next time you run Pd, it will remember the last position you set for the slider.
Besides if you want to make some presets for quick recall, best way is writing them out in message boxes then recall them. Check the attached example.
