I am doing a big audio and video sequencer for 7 screens and 7 audio channels.
I would like to make a graphic playlist for it, like fruity loops, that could handle like 30min of show. I tried to put 128 vradio objects to make a grid but graphic objects are very slow...

Do you know an object or another way to do a good interactive playlist for storing and playing stuff?

in pd-extended there is a [playlist] object, but it doesn't work on windows.

maybe just entering [playlist] won't create the object, so try [playlist all 200 200], and it should be ok.

Sad, I am using windows...

I tried another solution: a timeline wich is able to call different presets. But it is a bit difficult to manipulate!

I used max/msp before, which has more easy GUI to fill/read/store data.

You can go a far way with tables also. What i usually do is create a table that displays itself in points and put some coloured canvasses under them to make clear beat/bar divisions. An extra advantage is that tables are so easy to manipulate.

The patch in attachement is a value sequencer i regularly (re)use to achieve time sequenced stuff. I also have a 32 step version, and 64 and 128 would also be doable.
