Yes, there is a version of Jack for windows
(look at here http://www.grame.fr/~letz/jackdmp.html)
but I never tried it. Let me know if it works for you.

there is example of communication between Max/msp and Live!

I've instaled jack on windows but in the patchbay only live is recognized (PD not).
Are there other solutions for recording PD performance in audio?

You can use [writesf~] which, ehm, writes audio to a couple of formats (wav, aiff). Use [writesf~ 2] to write a stereo file. They're not heavy on the cpu, so you can use more of them to write multiple tracks at once.
