I used the %~ object in a patch I was building on my Linux box, and then the object didn't load when I opened the patch on my OS X laptop. Does anyone know what package %~ is a part of? (And don't say Pd-extended. It would be really helpful to know the name of the library).

you can use:

[/~ n]

to the same effect i think

I'm using it to wrap around the index to a tabread4~ so it doesn't go off the end of the table.

Do you mean

[/~ n]

[wrap~]
|
[*~ n]

instead (i.e. reverse the order of the * and /)?

I don't know, but you can also use [expr~ $v1 % $v2].

resurrecting an old thread here: I have tried the two methods suggested above and neither seem to work for my own needs - I am trying to phase shift a phasor ramp by 180deg. In Max I would have said [+~ 0.5] --> [%~ 1]. Any suggestions please
