Since switching to my new macbook with osx 14.6.1, I'm experiencing the following weird behaviour:
A patch doesn't open directly. When double clicking the patch, first the Pd window opens and nothing else happens. Only when double clicking any patch again when Pd is already running, it opens. This happens with every patch. and I get the message "macOS: can't load library".

Also, Pd often crashes, even when running simple patches, like ten automatonism modules with low cpu. This wasn't the case in my older mac and linux systems.

Any advice on what to do?

the pd versions recently look weird . so I would go back two or three versions. and retry.

This is happening in version 0.51-4 as well as in the latest 0.55-1.
How far back should I go?

I dont know I guess its the operating system
