Is there a LED gui object anywhere? If not, is there a circle cnv?

LED? Light emitting diode?

Maybe you just mean a bang button. those can be used as indicators, change the colour to whatever you like in the prefs

it's a bulletin dot i guess.... on mac i pressed ALT + something-or-other

you can use all sorts of those characters in pd actually, i only discovered that recently... alt (or option) key, plus other keys...

Obiwannabe - The bang button wouldn't work because i need it to stay on once pressed, not sure if you can do that with the bang?
