Hi all, I'm trying my luck here but I know it's very specific topic. I have an usb soundcard working with my android phone (using a OTG cable). I am using libpd with a very simple patch [adc~] -> [dac~]. The latency is really horrible, but I know it's possible to have a very low latency when using the usb audio device (https://source.android.com/devices/audio/usb.html).

Anyone have experience with this?

My first test of Oboe doesn't show good latency using Android 7. Will try to test on Android 8.

@EEight did you make it any further combining libpd and oboe?

@ablue Nope, I wanted to try on Android 8 first, but my nexus 6 doesn't have support for android 8.
