Is there an external (or does someone have an abstraction) that will help me do this?

Use Case:

As I am prototyping, I often must switch between my monitors. And would much prefer setting my control sizes by percentage (like HTML) rather than hard-code them.

@svanya i don´t know an external or abstraction for that (perhaps some tcl plug-ins?). but you can change one step in size with "ctrl+" / "ctrl-".
