I was wondering if there was a way to register a function of my external to be executed at Pure Data's shutdown. Something similar to Max's quittask_install (https://cycling74.com/sdk/max-sdk-7.3.3/html/group__misc.html#ga0638f6ac63b75fa53c0a34db8ec8d412).

@vitreo12 You can toggle "Perf Mode" on and then include in your patch this.... https://forum.pdpatchrepo.info/topic/11518/external-that-detects-quitting-pd/5 using the bang to do something (like writing to disk, or some other function) before Pd actually quits.

I was looking for something in the C API that would to the job, so I can embed it in my external. Do you know of such a feature?
