Hi,

I tracking midi clock ticks using [midirealtimein] and performing some maths on it to get the beat in ms to drive a metro.

I need to toggle the metro to start and stop with the stream coming from the midirealtimein. So basically when the input is changing it needs to output a 1, and when it stops changing a 0

Whats the best way to do this?

ps. [midirealtimein] shouldn't be working on os x but its outputting info. ??

Hey Guys, a bit off topic, but I've noticed that ppl often use a $0, $1 etc at the start of names for their objects, such as in $0-metro. What's the purpose of doing this? is it possible to use this to target a particular object numerically?
