I want to change the pitch of a recorded sound (say the pitch of recorded sound is 50, I want to change it to 60+). There is a sample G09.pitchshift.pd, I studied it but could not absorb it fully.
Is there any simple sample to undersatnd pitch shifting? Any help would be highly appreciated.

thankyou. I find a pd file loop-pitch.pd posted by you. I could not understand it well. Could you modify this file a little, so that it take input from adc~ and output at dac.
and one may change pitch using slider (that you added).

It would help me a lot in undersatnding the concept. as I dont know how the provided loop-pitch.pd works.

Anyway, here's one for pitch shift... see how the [adc~] just connects to the subpatch
that does the work and that sends output the the [dac~].
