I have an external that evaluates the Acoustical Impulse Response of a room. It prints in the main window of Pd a list with the amplitudes of the Impulse for each time instant. I would like to pass this data to an array representing time in the X axis and amplitude in the Y axis. How to do that?

I would like to know how to create the simple "helloworld" external in Visual Studio 2008. I already have the code, with the corrected .dll generate code line, because I am on WINDOWS. I just don`t know how to make VS 2008 create the .dll without errors.

Needs a bang to start calculating the IR. Then prints something like: 0.5667 0.6231 0.6676 ... It's about 1000 numbers.

Thanks! I solved the problem with MSVC-2008, it` s just like compiling in MSVC-2005.
