Hello everyone,

I am extremely new to pure data so bare with me here.

I am interested in creating an interactive video piece that fires different video clips based on a users distance from the screen. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions as to which type of sensor to you use (webcam, infrared, etc...).

Also, I assume I will be using some sort of if/then statement to fire each clip. I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to show what this statement might look like. My programming skills leave a lot to be desired...

This is my first venture into PD so bare with my Newb-ness...

I have a video crossfader and audio crossfader being controlled by the same input data. The problem is that my video loops automatically, but the audio does not. I have done some searching in the forums and none seem to make any sense. Is there an easy way to tell the audio files to replay once they have finished?

I got it now. I connected output two of tabplay~ to the inlet of the band and it worked. Thanks Flipp!

I Have loaded the audio into the array and connected to the dac but it still stops when the file is over. What am I doing wrong?
