Hi, I am trying to run an audio patch on a Raspberry Pi that receives control data from a teensy 3.5 microcontroller acting as a USB midi device. This device shows up as hw:1,0,0 when I run "amidi -l" to check for the device, and also is recognized by Csound on the Pi (Csound successfully receives control change data). Have also run "amidi -p hw:1,0,0 -d" which shows that the device is successfully sending control messages.
I have tried changing the midi device between OSS and Alsa, as well as adding Alsa ports, plugging in the device both before and after booting PD, etc, but it still does not show up as a midi input.
Any idea what is going on here? I'm fairly well versed in Max + Csound but this is my first time using PD. Any tips would be appreciated. Eventual goal is for the patch to auto boot and for the device to be correctly recognized.
