Hi, I've just recently started using pd...I'm trying to send audio from a fileplayer patch to a surround panner patch, but no joy so far. I've been reading the documentation and I've tried inlet~/outlet~, send~/receive~, tabread~/tabwrite~, but still can't get the audio from one patch to another. Is it because it's not a subpatch maybe? Or perhaps I need more definition in the send/receive message?

I'll keep trying but if anyone has any ideas that'd be great
