I got it to work perfectly now and can open all my code in PD .

Regarding the GEM window, I have also fixed that.

I can't seem to convert code to open in PD Vanilla.
Example being
#X connect 19 0 18 1; # Connect route to color control
#X connect 2 0 3 0; # Connect GEM head to video

I have tried to save with the PD extension although it won't without also saving with the other extensions eg .rtf

What can I do ?

I have a project due, when I opened up my patches today gem win is broken.
All other objects are still creating. Though now my gem window is opening blank instead of with image. Please help. I have already reinstalled gem library
