Hi!

I have a patch that uses a counter to play a melody containing 19 notes. When it gets to 19th note it starts playing the melody from the beginning.
I would like it to turn off after it plays the melody 3 times. Any suggestions how could I do that? Would it be possible to use another counter and if yes where should I put it?

i am trying to create a very simple sound using midi tones but
a) somehow my array doesn't want to read any data
a can't get the actual sound to work
sorry if i'm being stupid by i have just started using pure data and would really appreciate your help.

I feel really stupid now! I changed the values in the array so there are only numbers between -1 and 1.

But when I click the toggle button on the main patch I still can't hear any sound!!! Is it because there's something still wrong with the patch or is it because of audio settings on my computer?
