I've been using PD for about a week, I find it amazing and really powerful.

I'm a musician and composer and sound engineer, and unfortunately I live in Italy.

I'm using PD mostly to create generative music to be processed with Live or other software. I work a lot with acoustic sources.

I use PD on Win7 x64 with Intel I7 dual core, so don't worry, it's ok.
