I am just starting out using PD. My question is this. How do I display the name of an incoming note?

Right now I am using "fiddle", so when I play a note on my guitar, it tells me the midi number associated with it. What I want to do is somehow turn that number into a note name, and would also like to have the octave it is in as well. For example, midi note 69 would say A4. Is this possible?
