Hello,

I want to make a simple patch which starts to record automatically when the signal of the mic reaches a certain threshold (when you speak for ex.), which stops to record when the signals goes back below the threshold (when you stop speaking) and automatically playback the recorded signal. Basically a delay which starts only when the signal stops (when you finish to speak).

Could you suggest a good and simple method or a discussion with a similar content?

p.s. I tried using the 'threshold' object and 'array' (tabwrite, tabplay, etc.) but of course the array length has to be set at the beginning and it doesn't adapts to the length of the recorded signal)
