I am looking to glitch and mangle live sound.

I have the adc~ object as the input, which is simple, the hard part is that i want another object to record random lengths of input at random times and play them.

Once I have that sorted I will add various effects, etc.

Does anyone know of any patches i can look at as a template?

I more of an audio man with pure data, but the visual side is luring me in at the moment.

Before I start hunting up and down the net, is there any way to automate skipping back and fore to various points in a video and playing for various lengths of time?
