I'd love to be able to read .gif files, [pix_film] doesn't seam to work (on mac), I can do it no prob with Max/Msp (as its using quicktime) but can't seam to get it to work with PD, any idea?

Wondering if it is possible to load a file directly from internet using pix_image:
like [open http://www.somwebsite.com/somefile.jpg<

Or maybe some external library for it?

still not and pix_delay works in frames, not in milliseconds... did you test it?

How did you get sorted? pix_delay and pix_video don't work, is there a way around?
