Hello, I am new to puredata and saw this post, I am also having difficulty installing pd 0.47-1 but on Linux Mint Rafaela, I am only able to download version 0.45.
I am very new to Linux and not sure if I am doing something wrong.
I have been entering
"apt-get install puredata"
but each time it says that the newest version is installed.
Does this mean that 0.47 is not compatible with my version of Mint?
