Hey guys, I'm really new to Pure Data, but I need it to complete one project to skool and am really frustrated and confused ^^

So the project is, to create a 3D audio equalizer. I'm a 3D modeler, so that part is no prob, but in order to do that, I need some tool to analyze the incoming sound (i'm thinking one mic in the room as an input) and then to translate different frequency ranges into MIDI output...

I honestly have no clue how to do that in Pure Data, but the deadline is on Mar 23, and I really need it done.. now the question is if there's anybody who won't just shoot me down with "your too much of a beginner to do that" or if there's actually anyone helpful? I'll be glad for any tutorials, as well as advices or links for plugins...

Please guys, I'd really appreciate any help..
