I'm modifying a patch that converts OSC into various kinds of MIDI messages, and for a 4x4 button grid I've come up with this way to convert to notes:

I remember reading somewhere using many [noteout] objects was not recommended, but can't find where I did. I tried building it with only one [noteout], but I got some problems with wrong Note On messages when pressing more than 2 buttons. Is there a way to simplify that patch but still maintain polyphony?
