I need some help in detecting each guitar string pitch.
The idea is similar to the tuner concept. I want to detect the pitch of each open string in standard tuning.

I'm considering using fiddle, I tried it but it works in a continuous mode where pitch numbers are printed always.

I want to detect the string pitch when the guitar string is strummed.

I just came with another solution, it's more complex but I would like to share:

it uses the pack/unpack objects, but of course your solution is better and simpler

I'm new to Pd, I'm trying to use the fiddle~ object to detect an attack from adc~.
When the attack is triggered, I want to send the pitch value obtained from fiddle~

how can this be done?
