Hi, I've just suffered through the same problem that you posted, down to every last detail of the error report.. Deleting the pd-extended section in the registry didn't help, reinstalling didn't help, downloading the new version, etc. Out of desperation I right-clicked on it and chose "run as administrator". It worked. Try running pd-extended as administrator and see if it happens. Good luck!
