Many thanks for this! I will noodle around with those patches:) No problem to snap them in a DAW afterwards as long as the recordings start at the same time in relation to where the signal starts. actually start at the exact same point. The source is also an audio file (the same wave file for both recordings). The whole point is to process the file through the binaural object two times (two separate recordings) where the only difference is that the second is slight delayed (the variable) in time (in Pd) in relation to the other.

This would probably be much easier in a DAW but as i said i need that binaural object in Pd.

This is for a listening experiment I am making for my Master Thesis. So I will then use another program (Matlab) for the actual listening presentation.

Thanks for the that patch! However, I need the two recordings on their separate two channel wave files.

    Hello

I am processing sounds through the +binaural object and record the output to disk (writesf, start, stop). However, I seek a solution to how I can make each recording start from a "fixed" point, analogous with a grid in a DAW? (if that makes any sense). E.g if I do a recording of the same sound twice in Pd and then mixing the sounds together in a separate program afterwards, they will be perfectly in time.
