Hi there,

In the past, I have been using pd on Linux succesfully. However, now that I installed it on Windows XP, I get this annoying left handed mouse cursor whenever I go over anything (objects, numbers, etc.) if I'm not in edit mode. For some reason, this very cursor is driving me crazy. It seems to be some sort of custom cursor pd shows, because it doesn't look like any of my system cursors. Does anybody know how to fix this or did you all just get used to it?

(Unfortunately, the cursor disappears in my screenshots, so I can't show you what I mean.)

Would that mean that I would have to include some code using [cursor] in every patch to solve this minor inconvenience? I could of course use another file as a subpatch or abstraction for that, but I still do not like the idea of including code purely associated with the appearance of the cursor.
Or will one patch change the behaviour of the cursor in other patches as well, as long as I keep it loaded in another window?

Anyway, thanks for the advice . I'll try this method soon.
