Seems like I can't add the audio but any audio should work

As mentioned in the title, I am trying to create an auto-wah pedal that uses a resonator filter. This is a school project that I am having trouble with and I would appreciate some feedback. I am using yn = gxn + (2R cos θ) yn−1 − R**2y(n−2) for creating the resonator filter which is then packed into the biquad object appropriately. The trouble comes when connecting the low-frequency oscillator that I created to the actual filter. I also want to be able to change the bandwith, as well as the center frequency for the filter.
